The red-hot craft brewing scene in Eastern Ontario got still hotter with the opening of Broken Stick Brewing in Ottawa, Canadian Beer News reported on November, 28.

Broken Stick was launched by a homebrewer named Eric and several partners, who will be brewing small batches of two flagship beers – Tipsy Pale Ale and Socks and Sandals IPA – and rotating seasonals on a 5 hectolitre system.
