Cartwright Springs Brewery, which is set to open early next year in the small community of Pakenham near Ottawa, has announced the launch of a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to assist in the construction of a tasting room at the brewery, Canadian Beer News reported on Decemebre, 1.

The brewery’s founders – André Rieux, Eduardo Guerra and Hien Hoang – are aiming to raise C $12,000 for the project by January 9th. The campaign has already attracted 52 backers who have pledged C $7,060.
