Micro brewer Twin Elephant Brewing Company has leased a former industrial space at 13 Watchung Avenue in Chatham Borough, TAPinto.net reported on June 30.

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm in Fairfield, on June 30 announced that it has facilitated the lease of a 3,500 square foot brewing space to the Morris County-based micro-brewery.

“This is one of Morris County’s first micro-breweries and Chatham and its neighbouring towns of Madison, Summit, New Providence, Short Hills and Millburn all present demographic profiles that are ideal for an artisanal brewery, and we presented this location as one that will enable Twin Elephant Brewing Company to serve the nearby population,” Ryan said.

The ownership team of Scott McLuskey, Cynthia Derama and Tim Besecker anticipate a fall 2015 Grand Opening.
