Mad Chef Craft Brewing Company is slated to be open by late this month in East Petersburg, LancasterOnline reported on July 1.

The brewpub, owned by Greg Kendig and Francisco Ramirez, is in a roughly 3,000-square-foot spot in the Village Commons at 2023 Miller Road.

Mad Chef Craft Brewing Company will open with seven beers on tap. They include: Once Upon a Porter (brown porter), F-18 IPA, Johnnie Doe (light American lager), Spot Hop Pale Ale, Twisted Wheat (American wheat ale), Twisted Mango Wheat (mango-infused wheat ale) and Shed Saison.

Mad Chef will be able to offer 8 different beers from 16 taps, with Kendig saying they plan to continue to experiment with beers and styles after they open.
