Thirsty beer lovers in Saline have another new spot to get a cold brew as Stony Lake Brewing Co. opened on November 18, Mlive.com reported.

Owner Jerry Tubbs announced plans for the brewery last fall and has been in the process of remodeling the former Jasmine Restaurant at 447 E. Michigan Ave. The brewery was originally scheduled to open in early 2015, but the opening was delayed.

The beer menu includes several different types of beer and cider. Beer types include IPAs, ales, a stout, porter and saison. Stony Lake offers a mug club membership for regular customers that include various benefits and discounts for a yearly fee.
