Revision Brewing Company plans to open a brewery in Sparks by the end of 2016, FoxReno.com reported on August 4.

According to a release, award-winning brewer Jeremy Warren 'revised' his plans to open a location in West Sacramento and will now open a production facility and taproom at 380 S. Rock Boulevard, about a five-minute drive from downtown Reno.

Warren had previously served as the founder, former co-owner, and Brewmaster at Knee Deep Brewing Company.

Revision Brewing Company reports plans to distribute in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, North Carolina, and Georgia in 2017.

The brewery will accommodate a three vessel, twenty-barrel brewhouse and will produce 5,500 barrels the first year. Within 5 years, the company plans to expand to 15,000 barrels.
