E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Humble Beginnings Brewing aiming to open in Eastern Ontario this autumn

The Morrisburg Leader reports that a new brewery will be opening soon in Ingleside, a small town located approximately 25 km west of Cornwall in Eastern Ontario.

Humble Beginnings Brewing is being established by Pierre Doucette and Susan Wallwork, who are setting up the business in a former drug store in Ingleside Plaza.

Doucette tells the paper that they plan to launch with a Pale Ale and IPA, and from there will “have a couple of core beers that we brew often, and mix them up with some seasonal brews or one-offs.”

Humble Beginnings is aiming to open this autumn, and will feature a taproom and retail store.
