E-Malt.com News article: Ukraine: Barley and wheat harvest completed in Ukraine

According to the Agrarian Policy Ministry of Ukraine, the harvest of early cereals and pulses was 99% complete as of August 20, UkrAgroConsult reported on August 21.

Wheat and barley had been gathered from 99.6% and 99.2% of their projected harvest areas, respectively.

Wheat yield is down 9% from last year, while that of barley is 12% lower than in 2017.
