Owners have said they eventually plan to distribute beer to local restaurants.
The brewery will be family friendly and will not serve food, according to its Facebook page. However, food trucks will be scheduled throughout the business' opening weekend.
Beer will not be sold to go during the opening weekend.
Hours of operation for this weekend will be 4 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
Huntley development services director Charles Nordman said the business was granted its certificate of occupancy on April 25.
