Belmont Brewing Co. owner Bethea Baker is ready to take his home-brewing skills up a notch, WSOC Charlotte reported on March 6.

That brewery opened on March 6 after a number of pandemic-related delays. It is located at 1500 River Drive in Belmont.

Baker, also head brewer, has teamed up on that effort with Jess Faucette, founder of Alternative Beverage in Charlotte, and Dennis Talley.

“I think the community needs a small nanobrewery that can change things up,” he says.
