E-Malt.com News article: USA: January-July and July alone beer shipments reported to have decreased versus last year

The Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers for July 2022.

The July 2022 estimate is 13,700,000 bbls, a decrease of 5.5 percent compared to July 2021 removals of 14,502,392 bbls.

Year-to-date estimate is 95.4 bln bbls, down 5.2% from January-July 2021.

The August 2022 domestic tax paid estimate is scheduled to be released on September 28, 2022.
