Crooked Mouth Brewing is opening Friday, Nov. 18 in a location known for its tasty treats, but the new version will cater to different palates, Pressconnects.com reported.

The craft brewery will be housed at 231 Vestal Ave. in Endicott, adjacent to the old Kmart Plaza and located at one of the former sites of Pat Mitchell's, the old homemade ice cream shop popular with Southern Tier residents for decades.

Josh Olson and Sean Campbell started their brewing careers in Campbell's garage and began pursuing opening a brewery a few years ago, but the COVID-19 pandemic delayed their plans.

Now they're ready to show off their hard work.

"Once things started to open up, we started looking at properties again that we could try and do it," Olson said.

The pair purchased the property last fall and have been working tirelessly to get it ready.
