| E-Malt.com News article: USA, KY: Atrium Brewing planning second location in Louisville
Cheers, Louisville! A familiar local brewer has plans to open a second location, the Courier-Journal reported on December 14.
Atrium Brewing, a brewery based out of Shelby Park, is opening a new spot in Norton Commons on the North Village Town Square, according to the neighborhood's Facebook page.
No official date is set, but the new Atrium is planning to open in early 2023, according to its Facebook page. If you're curious about what it'll have to offer, the brewery currently has one taproom open at 1154 Logan St.
Atrium brews its own beers and offers a unique menu with options like Key Lime Pie Boy, which has key lime, toasted coconut, cinnamon and vanilla. Seasonal offerings include choices like the Yuletide Joy, which includes coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla and "holiday spices," and the brewery has a full menu with more traditional choices as well. Several of its beers are available at other spots around town, including a place on the new TopGolf's local craft brew list.
Atrium first opened in Sept. 2020 and more than two years later the team behind the brewery "continues to seek to bring their passion for making beer to our city through a series of ever-evolving experimental and true-to-style beers," according to the business' website.
