| E-Malt.com News article: USA, OH: Ill Mannered Brewing Company expands to Marysville
There’s a new brewery in central Ohio that boasts more than 2,000 square feet of coziness, complete with exposed brick, original maple and pine wood floors, and outdoor fire pit, located in a historical 1800s building that once housed an antique store, 614NOW reported on December 14.
Ill Mannered Brewing Company, which has already been serving incredible, barrel aged beer at their Powell brewery, has expanded to Marysville, and they’re ready to open this Friday, December 15th, at 3 p.m. Their new space is located at 117 S. Main St.
This new historical space will offer patrons a “pretty special beer drinking experience,” said the brewery’s statement. They’re including the community as much as possible in this space, and they’re all about repurposing what once already was.
The 35 foot bar at this new location is handmade by the head brewer’s dad from 100+ year old reclaimed white oak bar wood. Every piece of barrel wood you see in the space once held IMBC Barrel Aged Beer, including their drinking fountain, and the tables in the taproom are all made by local Marysville artisan, Lenny Garrard.
If you’re planning on stopping in for their well-known, Ohio brewed IPA’s and ales, their hours are 4 – 10 p.m., Wednesday through Thursday, 3-10 p.m. on Fridays, 12 – 10 p.m. on Saturdays, and noon to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
“We look forward to the fun times and memories that will be created here! Can’t wait to see you this weekend!” said Ill Mannered Brewing Company.
