Doylestown is getting a new brew pub this week when Artifact Brewing opens at 19 West Court Street. The building was formerly the home of a liquor store, TAPinto reported.

The building has been gutted and outfitted with a long bar on the left that has 16 beer taps. There’s plenty of seating at high-top tables surrounding the bar and a garage-style door that opens up onto a small patio in the front of the building.

The back half of the building will house Artifact’s brewing operations.

Artifact has one other location in Hatboro. The Doylestown location is about twice as big as the Hatboro location, so it will allow Artifact to ramp up production.

Artifact won’t have a kitchen serving food, but customers will be welcome to bring food in from neighboring restaurants and businesses.

The grand opening will take place on Friday, April 26, at 4 p.m.
