Good People Brewing has purchased the former Ghost Train Brewing site, BhamNow reported on July 9.

Located at 3501 1st Avenue South, the 95,468-square-foot space was sold to Alabama’s oldest brewery by M2 Ventures LLC for $5.2 million, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
