Raisio Malt, Finland’s largest producer of brewing malt, has reported flat sales for its malt division in 2002 at EUR 30.2m(30.7) and operating earnings at EUR 2.5m (2.4). The figures are better than expected, as the company didn't have to import as much malting barley as it thought.
