Baltika Breweries recommenced export to Mongolia, said in the company's announcement, AKM reported May 4. Baltika N3 and N9 will appear on the counters of Ulan-Bator in May 2007.

Retail price of one bottle will make $1. Its forecasted that the sales volume will exceed 150 thd litters by the end of the year.

Baltika has been leader of the Russian beer market since 1996. Company's net profit under IFRS rose 42.4% to 330.9 mil eur, revenues - by 20.7% to 1.74 bln eur. Sales volume increased 10.3% to 37.16 mil Hlit. Operational profit rose 40.8% to 427.1 mil eur, EBITDA rose by 37.3% to 555.9 mil eur.

The main brands are Baltika and Arsenalnoe. The company owns 10 breweries and 4 malt-houses in 9 regions of Russia. The principal shareholder is Baltic Beverages Holding AB (ÂÂH) that holds 86.32% of Baltika's authorized capital stock and 91.48% of voting shares.

Company's authorized capital stock makes 172.71 mil rub. At present 159170667 common and 13540115 preferred shares at 1 rub par were emitted.
