E-Malt.com News article: Turkey: Efes Beverage Group Anadolu Efes announced dividend distribution

At the Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Anadolu Efes, held on May 12.05.2008, it has been decided that the dividend payments for the 2007 fiscal year will commence on 29.05.2008, according to company’s press release, May 13.

Against 2007 dividend coupons, for each share representing 1 YTL nominal value, net 0,253 YTL (ratio of 25,3%) will be distributed to full corporate taxpayers in Turkey and limited corporate tax payers who receive dividends through an established business or a representative office in Turkey, and net 0,21505 YTL (ratio of 21,505%) will be distributed to real persons.
