Chinese brewer Yanghe Brewery reported a 76.22 percent year-on-year increase in 2010 net profit to 2.21 billion yuan, 163.com communicated on February, 28, citing a company filing.
Earnings per share (EPS) were 4.91 yuan in 2010, up 61.49 percent year-on-year.
The company attributed the strong performance to higher sales volumes and prices.
Yanghe Brewery recorded a 38 percent increase in net assets to 7.02 billion yuan at the end of 2010.
