Brewery news

A new brewery will try to join the local beer scene this fall in Fort Point. Trillium is the first professional effort from the husband and wife team, comprised of JC Tetreault and his wife Ester, who are avid at home brewers from Brookline, BostInnovation reported on June 23rd.

JC Tetreault said in an interview that Trillium will offer the kind of beer that he loves but other people may not have discovered yet. This will translate to his own take on his takes on a Belgian honey wit, an American wild ale, an imperial red IPA, a Pale Ale and an oatmeal stout. To make it even more exciting, all of the beer will be made out of locally grown Barley, Wheat and Rye.

Attached to the brewery will be a tasting room so that visitors can sample all the beer listed above and other exclusive brews.

Before moving forward, Trillium went to the Zoning Board which was scheduled to take place on July 14th.
