E-Malt.com News article: USA: David Peacock resigns from AB InBev
Brewery news

David Peacock, one of the last executives to serve at Anheuser-Busch before and after it was takeover by Belgian brewer InBev, resigned from the company on January, 23, St. Louis Business Journal reports.

Peacock has been replaced by Luiz Edmond, but he'll remain as an adviser.

Edmond will retain his post as zone president while overseeing the brewer's U.S. operation, and Peacock will continue in an advisory role, according to a memo sent to distributors by Edmond, a Brazilian citizen. Edmond has risen through the ranks at parent company Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Peacock was one of the last remaining high-level executives who had stayed with St. Louis-based A-B through and after the takeover. A number of the brewer's marketing executives left last spring and summer.

Peacock began working for Anheuser-Busch in 1992 and was promoted from vice president of marketing to president following the InBev deal.
