New Holland Brewing Co. is expanding its reach into New England, Mlive.com reported on June 11.

The brewery and distiller announced a deal on June 11 for distribution of its craft beer and artisan liquor products to restaurants, bars and retail stores in Massachusetts and Connecticut starting this month.

The state of Rhode Island will be getting the brewery’s beer brands only.

New Holland is working with wholesaler L. Knife & Son, which has several craft beer distribution branches in New England. Launch events are scheduled next week in Pawtucket, R.I., and Boston.

According to brewery staff, New Holland made 25,575 barrels of beer in 2013 and is expected to produce 35,240 barrels in 2014. In 2013, the company produced 12,500 cases of spirits and is projected to produce 22,530 cases in 2014.

The brewery now distributes beer in 20 U.S. states and spirits in 15 states.
