Ukraine: In August 2004 ZAO Obolon increased its production output year-on-year by 10.2%, the brewery has recently announced. It output 73 million litres of production and 54.2 million litres of beer, a 14% rise versus August 2003. In January-August 2004 Obolon brewed 376 million litres of beer, a 16.5% increase versus the same period last year.

ZAO Obolon owns five breweries in Ukraine: Kievsky brewery, Fatovsky brewery, Ohtirsky brewery, Bershadsky brewery and Sevastopol brewery. Obolon exports its beer to 17 countries especially to Moldova, Poland, Germany, Portugal, Baltic States. The better-sold brands abroad are: Obolon Premium and Obolon Svetloye.
