Brazil: InBev, the world's largest brewer, plans to launch Brahma beer as its third global brand on March 17, a source familiar with the brewer's plans said on Wednesday, 02 March 2005. Speaking on condition of anonymity, the source told Reuters the launch would include Europe and the United States, Reuters communicated.

Brahma is one of the main beers made by AmBev, the Brazilian brewer acquired by InBev last year to form the world's largest brewer by volume. Brahma will join Stella Artois and Beck's as the premium flagship brands promoted by InBev throughout the world.
