Moisture

This parameter shows the level of malt humidity. Moisture value should not exceed 5%. Usually, the value of this parameter is between 4 and 5%. The optimal value is aboit 4.5%.
Too high humidity level:
- doesn`t permit a good worting;
- causes a bad conservation of malt;
- loses its flavour;
- gives a less silky and less steady beer.
